Creating an Accounts Receivable Report

The accounts receivable report provides a list of unpaid invoices broken down by:

  • Reference number
  • Client
  • Date
  • Total
  • Payment method

To generate an accounts receivable report, you need to:

  1. Login to the application and select the "Reports" button on the main toolbar

  2. Select "Accounts Receivable Report" from the reports menu at the left of the page
  3. Choose the “Generate” button

A report will be provided in .csv format which can be opened in Excel.
