Creating a Transaction Summary Report

The transaction summary report breaks down transactions by:

  • Payment date
  • Reference number
  • Transaction number
  • Cheque reference number (if applicable), payment method, amount, processed date, and processor.

To generate a transaction summary report:

  1.  Login to the application and and move to the Reports section by clicking the "Reports" button on the main toolbar.

  2. Select Transaction Summary Report from the reports menu at the left of the page.
  3. Select a date range for the payments received.

  4. Select the type of payments to be included.
  5. Click the “Generate” button. A report will be provided in .csv format which can be opened in Excel.
