Creating a Transaction Summary Report
The transaction summary report breaks down transactions by:
- Payment date
- Reference number
- Transaction number
- Cheque reference number (if applicable), payment method, amount, processed date, and processor.
To generate a transaction summary report:
- Login to the application and and move to the Reports section by clicking the "Reports" button on the main toolbar.
- Select Transaction Summary Report from the reports menu at the left of the page.

Select a date range for the payments received.
- Select the type of payments to be included.
- Click the “Generate” button. A report will be provided in .csv format which can be opened in Excel.
