Accounts
The Accounts section allows you to manage client accounts created by the public to submit Paid Duty requests.
Accessing accounts
Select the "Accounts" tab from the top menu in the application. Here you can manage the various internal settings for accounts, such as:
- Adding contacts
- Resetting passwords
- Requiring the client to pay upfront
- Blocking further requests
Administrator accounts
If you are looking for Administrator accounts these are controlled through the User section under the Configuration tab.
