Delete a News Item
Deleting a news or alert item removes it permanently from your website, including the archives. Deleted items cannot be restored, so be careful what you remove.
To delete a news or alert item:
- Open the News Folder in i:Create
- Locate the news item you would like to delete from the “Page List”
- Select the news or alert item you want to delete by clicking the checkbox beside the item title
- Click the “Delete” button in the toolbar located near the top of the page
A red pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Click “Delete” to confirm and the news or alert item will be removed from the website.
