Delete a News Item

Deleting a news or alert item removes it permanently from your website, including the archives. Deleted items cannot be restored, so be careful what you remove.

To delete a news or alert item:

  1. Open the News Folder in i:Create
  2. Locate the news item you would like to delete from the “Page List
  3. Select the news or alert item you want to delete by clicking the checkbox beside the item title
  4. Click the “Delete” button in the toolbar located near the top of the page

A red pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Click “Delete” to confirm and the news or alert item will be removed from the website.
