Assigning Contacts to Web Page

To assign a designated contact to a web page:

  1. Ensure that your contact has been added to the Contact Manager
  2. Enter editor mode on the page you would like to add the contact
  3. Within that page's navigation menu (beside or below the main content area), you will find a "Contact Us" field, along with a "Clear" button beside it
  4. Type the name of the contact you wish to assign to your web page in the text field. If your contact was added successfully to the Contact Manager, you may select the contact from the drop-down options that appear when you start typing
  5. After selecting your contact, save and publish your page

Remove an assigned contact from a web page

To remove an assigned contact from one of your web pages:

  1. Enter editor mode on the page you would like to remove the contact
  2. Within that page's navigation menu (beside or below the main content area), you will find a "Contact Us" field, along with a "Clear" button beside it
  3. Click "Clear" to remove the contact from the page. You may add a new contact to replace the one you just removed by following the instructions above
  4. Leave the field blank if you don't want a contact assigned to the page
  5. Save and publish your page

Link to a contact's email address in your content

You can hyperlink email addresses from the Contact Manager directly onto a content page. 

To create an email link:

  1. Highlight the text or image you want to hyperlink to an email address
  2. Click the "Select email to insert/update" button from the Edit Toolbar
  3. Choose the contact you want to link to by clicking the ">>" button to the left of the contact name

If the contact you want to hyperlink is not in the list, you'll need to add the email address and contact in Contact Manager.
