Contact Manager

The i:Create Content Management System (i:Create) Contact Manager allows you to add and store contact information in a central location on your website. You can use Contact Manager to link to contacts from one of your web pages in a safe and secure manner.

To access Contact Manager from the i:Create workbench (back end):

  1. Select “More+” from the Utility Bar
  2. Click “Contact Manager” from the dropdown menu

This will take you to the Contact Manager home page that includes a list of all contacts on your website.

Updating auto-reply email

The body of the confirmation email sent by Contact Manager can be edited in the "Includes" section of your website.

  1. Navigate to "Page List"
  2. Go to "Includes" vertical
  3. Select "Blank" template
  4. Find the "EmailAutoReplyBody" page.
  5. Select the page and click on "HTML" tab.
  6. Update the text under the "Main content" area.
