Horizontal Line

You can add a horizontal line to your web page using the i:Create Content Management System Edit Toolbar. This tool inserts a thin graphic divider onto the page.

To add a horizontal line:

1. Place your curser where you wish to insert the divider
2. Click the “Insert Horizontal Line” button in the “Edit Toolbar”

The horizontal line always spans 100% of the width of the page.

Accessible content

There are some accessibility considerations to keep in mind when using this tool. Horizontal lines should be used minimally because they are solely decorative and don't add to the purpose of the page. Instead, we recommend using accessible headings to divide content on your website.
