To publish immediately:
- Select the Publish Immediately checkbox
- Click the Save changes button
- Close the Publish Page window by clicking the “x” in the top right corner

Once your page is ready to go live, you'll need to publish it to your website. This will make all of the content on the page visible to the public. Make sure to edit your content and save all of the changes you've made before publishing.
If you are editing or writing a page and would like to publish your work directly from the Page Editor, click the “Publish Page” icon located on the Main Toolbar.
Once you click the Publish Page button, the Publishing Page pop-up box will open. Here, you will see a variety of different publishing options.
You can also publish a page from the back end of i:Create. To do this, select “Page List” from the i:Create Utility Bar located at the top of the page. You can choose the page or pages you want to publish from the Page List by clicking the checkbox next to each page you'd like to publish.
A toolbar will appear at the top of the Page List. Select the “Publish” button and the Publish Selected Page(s) pop-up box will open showing a variety of different publishing options.
The Publish Page pop-up box contains a variety of different publishing options. Whether you are publishing directly from the Page Editor or the Page List, you'll get the same publishing options.

If you want to remove the page automatically from the website, you can set an expiry date for the page:
Expired pages aren't deleted. They will remain in the Page List until you decide on further action.
Publish content for all languages
If you're website supports multiple languages, you can choose the language before publishing each page. Select the Publish Content for all Language checkbox if you'd like to publish in all available languages.
You can send email notifications to subscribers when you publish a page to let them know about any changes you've made to the content. Checking the box will open an additional pop-up box where you can enter the text of the outgoing email.
Depending on the workflow and approval process for your website, you may have to follow an approval process before publishing each page.
If you would like to temporarily remove a page from the website, you can unpublish or hide the page.
If you would like to unpublish a page from the Page Editor, click the Unpublish Page icon located on the Main Toolbar.
Once you click the Unpublish Page button, the Unpublish Page pop-up box will open. Click the Unpublish Page button. A message will appear to indicate the page has been unpublished. To unpublish a page on a timer use the expiry option in the standard publishing pup-up box.
You can also unpublish a page from the back end of i:Create. Select Page List from the i:Create Utility Bar located at the top of the page. Choose the page or pages you want to unpublish from the Page List by clicking the checkbox next to each page.
