The subscription history report shows a sortable list of all page subscriptions from throughout the website's history. You can sort subscriptions based on page, subscriber, age of the subscription and language. This list may include subscriptions that have been cancelled by subscribers. View the current subscriptions for only a list of current subscribers.
Page Reports
The i:Create Content Management System (i:Create) provides a variety of different reports that you can use to keep track of each page on your website in one central location. You can see how frequently each page is updated, review page descriptions, resources and page subscriptions.
Accessing page reports
To access page reports on your website, select “Reports” from the i:Create Utility Bar located in the i:Create workbench or back end of the website. This will take you to the Reports page.
You can export all page reports to Excel by selecting the “Export to Excel” button located on each report page.
Audit reports
The audit report lists all changes made to pages and resource files on your website. This includes the date, time and user that made the change. Click the “Audit Report” link on the “Reports” page to view the audit. You can filter by date, user and action for all pages and resources on the website. The audit only shows activity within the last six months.
Metadata reports
Metadata reports provide a summary of the description and keywords metadata fields for each page on your website. Click the “Metadata” link on the “Reports” page to view the metadata. You can search by page and easily review all page descriptions in one place.
Resource reports
Resource reports list all of the images, media files and documents that have been uploaded to your website. Click the “Resource Reports” link on the “Reports” page to view.
You can search by resource name or status (i.e. whether or not the resource is currently linked on your website). If you'd like to delete a resource from your website, click the “Delete” icon in the same row as the resource you want to delete.
Stale content reports
Stale content reports show all pages that have not been updated for a selected period of time. Click the “Stale Content Report” link on the “Reports” page to view this report. You can search by keyword or filter by the content age using the “Content Age” dropdown menu.
Review your Google Analytics to see which pages aren't being viewed. You may want to compare this with your stale content report to see which pages may need to be updated or removed from your website.
Statistics reports
Statistics reports provide an overview of the number of pages and resource files on your website. Click the “Statistics Reports” link to view this report.
Page overview report
The page overview report provides a sortable list of pages that can be broken down by:
- Pages
- New pages
- Pages with changes pending
- Expired pages
- Pages awaiting approval
- Rejected pages
Page subscriptions
View the subscription history, unsubscription history, email history and the current subscription list for each page on your website.
To view these page subscription reports, select the “Page Subscription” dropdown menu from the “Report” page. Then, select the appropriate list from the dropdown menu.
The unsubscription history report includes a list of all users who have cancelled or opted out of their subscription. You can sort by page, subscriber, age of the cancelled subscription or language.
The email history report provides a searchable listing of all the update emails that have been sent out to subscribers. The list can be sorted by page, subscriber, age of the email or language.
Click “View Email Content” icon beside each entry to see the full text of the outgoing email.
The current subscription report provides a complete list of current page subscriptions. You can sort by keyword, page or language. The “Keyword” field searches by page, email, first and last name.
