If you click outside of the “Editable” field without saving your work, a confirmation box will open that instructs you to you to “Press OK to save your changes” or “Press Cancel, or click the X at the top right, to exit without saving.”

The “Undo” and “Redo” buttons will undo or redo the last change you made to the content.

Check your content for any spelling errors. If you only wish to check a certain section of content, highlight that text prior to clicking the “Spell checking” button. You should always check your spelling before publishing content to your public website.

Remove any kind of code (formatting) that is carried over when doing a copy and paste into the content area. If possible, use the “Paste as Plain Text” option in the toolbar.

You can cut, copy and paste text from one part of the page to another, or from another document onto your page using these buttons. You can also use keyboard shortcuts when cutting, copying and pasting content in i:Create.
