"Durham Region offers a workplace built on respect; an environment where diversity and inclusion are celebrated. In this innovative and progressive culture, our contributions are valued and recognized. Our management team understands that lifelong learning provides many benefits. It injects creativity, increases our knowledge, and keeps our minds active. But there is nothing greater than working with my colleagues from across various departments. It allows me to learn more about the past experiences of others. That's an exercise more valuable than any textbook could ever offer."
